Its Great to be finished

Well we have been using turbo tax for the last five years and have been able to give you guys very high marks, now if you could just design a program that would answer all the questions and input alllll the numbers it would be appreciated, also I would like a free trip to the Bahamas and a fifty dollar rebate next year.

What's great about it: imports data very efficently
What's not so great: Had a little bit of trouble with the mail feature of the state program

It is so easy to follow the instructions. Nothing is complicated about this program. Why pay someone hundreds of dollars when you can do it yourself?

Expensive

My tax return is fairly basic and Turbo tax is a quick and easy method to file. I appreciate the free E-file option and the opportunity to have my friends and family use the software.
What's great about it: Quick and easy tax return with free e-filing.
What's not so great: Turbo tax basic is apparently not available and Delux is more expensive.

We're retired with standard but varied income sources, multiple and varied donations, and a complex state filing process. TurboTax moves smoothly through every possible and probable detail to make sure we don't miss anything that would let us keep more of our precious limited income.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, smooth transitions, thorough guidance
What's not so great: It won't clean your house or shovel your walks.

Great Product

Overall, Turbo Tax is a great product. We have a very basic return so many of it's features and not being utilized. that makes it easier and faster than doing it manually.
What's great about it: Easy to use and simple filing
What's not so great: When going back and forth you have to re-answer many questions

File Made Easy!

This was our first time filing with Turbo Tax. We have had our return filed through a tax professional for over 20 years. Using Turbo Tax was very user friendly and walked us through the entire process. We also appreciated the audit assistance offered for a fee "just in case" as a backup in case we are audited.
What's great about it: Complete and thorough walk thru of everything.
