Overall ok but I could have had someone do it for me for the same price and I would not have had to use my time.
What's great about it: Easy to enter info
What's not so great: Having to pay extra for evrything, extra state, each efile

It seems the program used to walk me through easier, and I could not print a copy at the end...a window to preview kept coming up. There is no save button on the toolbar anymore.

Many times need to scroll just to hit continue button. Would be nice if info could be contained on one screen.
Long list of charities - please allow return to next charity instead of first page.
When you finish updating could next screen start where you left off instead of going to beginning? You can always backup if you need to.
So my cons are all convenience.
