Easy to Use - Get the Most

I have been using TurboTax for a long time now and would never switch. Slowly walks you through every aspect of filing your taxes. Makes sure you do not miss anything. Also, makes some recommendations along the way to make sure you get the most out of the product. Love it!
What's great about it: very easy to use, maximized my deductions, made sure didn't miss anything

I've used TurboTax for at least 20 years. Love it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, retrieves previous year's data, easy to file
What's not so great: Getting the right information together is tough

Tax forms won't print

When I try to print the completed tax forms I get this message:
"The document could not be printed"
When I click "OK" on that message window, I get:
"There were no pages selected to print"
When I try selecting page numbers to print, from the print menu, I still get the same messages.
Very disatisfied!
What's great about it: I was able to complete tax forms.
What's not so great: Forms will not print out.

I like the way Turbo Tax helps you figure out anything that you do not understand. It is easy to go to help and get the explanation for that section.

simple, easy and complete

Turbo Tax is the only way to file your taxes. just follow the easy to follow prompts and wham ! bam ! thank you mam, you are filing.
What's not so great: Supporting documentation didn't seem as easy to use as last year
