Love TurboTax!

This is the easiest way to file taxes! I love the online community where you can pose questions as well as being able to browse & see if another user has posed the same question. Takes no time at all to file a typical return!
What's great about it: So Easy!

I thought this year would be hard with my husband passing away and bought a new home for the 1st time but Turbo Tax made it so simple and easy.
What's great about it: Helped with new home and death of husband

Another great experience with Turbo Tax. The ability to download most of the information is a super timesaver. Makes doing your taxes not so taxing!
What's great about it: Super easy to use - love how they walk you through all the steps
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Turbo Tax and I have been doing my returns for several years now and it just keeps getting easier every year !
What's great about it: Walk through rocks
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Knocked out with Ease!

I have personally used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years. I have never had an issue and am always satisfied with the service I receive. I recommend this product to all of my family and friends.
What's great about it: Step by Step Guide - Questions answered quickly
What's not so great: Software froze a couple of times
