Excellent Software

Overall TurboTax is extremely easy to use. The software walked me through every part of my return. I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and have never had any issues with preparing my return on time and getting the maximum return.
What's great about it: Very easy to complete my return
What's not so great: Removing a School District form that was not required was confusing

TurboTax is simply awesome. I've been using it for the last 25 years or so and love the way it walks you through all the steps to assure that you have a very accurate and very complete tax return. I also love the checks it does at the end to look for IRS flags. e-Filing doesn't get any easier either.
What's great about it: Excellent step-by-step instructions. I always feel very confident in my tax return preparations..
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

The TurboTax software is so much easier to understand than the language in the IRS Forms and Publications. It quickly helps with filling out all of the required forms.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to understand and use
What's not so great: TurboTax should show me comparisons when it is choosing between multiple options for reducing taxes.

Turbo Tax is the greatest tax software on the market that is easy to use and follow. Keep up the terrific work and improvements!
What's great about it: Great software that is easy to follow. Detailed instructions, if you don't understand the question.
