User friendly, great product!!

Great product! I have used turbo tax for 18 years now!
What's great about it: easy to navigate and walks you step by step through things.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this program for years and will continue to use it. I have not yet had a problem with it, and it is so easy to go through the whole filing with no surprises.
What's great about it: I liked the ease of using this program
What's not so great: There wasn't anything that I disliked

Easy as pie!

It nice to be able to rely on TurboTax to remember much of my information from years past and plug it into this year's taxes. It was so easy just to fill in a few numbers that are slightly different each year, click a few more times, and have my taxes filed with ease. Thanks TurboTax! I even got married last year and it was just as simple to put my wife's information in quickly and without any issues.
What's great about it: quick, easy, efficient
What's not so great: nothing bad

My Pros say it all. Its the easyist version of Turbo Tax that I've ever used over the last 15 years.

Great product (Deductions & Homeowners Deluxe)from my perspective, easy to use, very informative and intuitive, takes the guess work out of doing taxes and more affordable/less time consuming then the walk in franchise options

Excellent Product Again This Year

This software is mind-boggling regarding the amount of rules, regulations and calculations that are taken into consideration in preparation for a return. I have used it for years and years and I think there is nothing available that comes close to it!
What's great about it: Always accurate and relatively easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing is bad about this software

Easy to use

As always - Turbo Tax seems to ask all the right questions - and has links to find out the reasoning behind the questions. These links go into more details about the section you are working on, and help you to understand the entire process better.
What's great about it: Quick & easy to use - done within an hour
What's not so great: Seeing the pictures of people - i always tab by these slides
