Quick Easy and Well Explained

I don't need a very in depth package as my return is easy, but it is nice to know that the options are there. Everything is well explained and moves easily for each section. Would always use this application.
What's great about it: Detailed explanations of info needed per section with quick answers that lead you to the next piece of info needed
What's not so great: Nothing since there may be a need for the unusual sections at some time in my life

It was very simple other than it has me enter ebay fees for my wife's business in another place after I already entered them once. This caused a mess with Schedule C line 32. It wouldn't let me easily fix it. I deleted her entire tax input and redid it with still no luck. Then I finally found the problem and deleted it. I would never of had this problem if it didn't ask me to enter ebay fees again after I did it once.
What's great about it: Assists with simplifying taxes
What's not so great: Always has a glitch that I need to figure out each t=year

I have use Turbo Tax for the last 6 years. It is quick, easy and accurate. I highly recommend the product.

Basic is useless

I was disappointed after purchasing the Basic software to have to go back and purchase Deluxe just so I could file a simple tax return....this wasn't true in the past.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Basic used to be a good basic program, now it doesn't even include a 1040A form

Can't E-File of Complete Final Steps

Very disgusted that I had to spend all day trying to complete final steps and e-file and is still not working.
What's great about it: Easy of walking through the steps of the tax return
What's not so great: Spent 6 hours and cannot e-file of complete final steps

Because TT dropped certain forms from the Deluxe version I will probably not use TT next year UNLESS they add the forms back in.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Deluxe version was not as complete as years past.
