Love Turbo Tax

I love how Turbo Tax walks you through everything. We have been using Turbo for 5 years and it gets even better each year. Easy instructions for even those of us that are not IT knowledgeable. Than you.

Turbo tax continues to give me the confidence to file my own taxes. when i need help with something i can get right to the answer.
What's great about it: pre-population saves me a ton of time, easy to resolve questions

I've used TurboTax for the last 10 or so years and I have no complaints. The programs are easy to go thru and it double checks all figures. The programs is also good for reminding you of deductions you may not think of. All-in-all Turbotax is fast and reliable.
What's great about it: Easy to Read and Understand

Efficient, trusted

the importing of information, especially w-2's, didn't work. It worked last year, but not this year. Fearing I'll make a typo, I feel more comfortable when I don't have to enter in important information
What's great about it: Walked me through everything and made sure I didn't forget anything.
What's not so great: wouldn't import my W-2's nor last year's information
