Always User Friendly

This is the 3rd year using Turbo Tax, very helpful with unusual inheritance forms, walked me thru with no problems. I filed with 100% confidence that my taxes were completed accurately.

Everything worked just until the last few minutes when the program started acting about signing up to automatically receive TurboTax next year. I thought I had already enrolled for this several years ago. I couldn't figure it out, so I don't know if I'm enrolled for next year or not.
What's great about it: It works; as it has for a goodly number of years.
What's not so great: The end of the process.

I really like using Turbo Tax. It is easy to use and walks me through everything step by step. If I have questions I can find the answers quickly and easily. I have used Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and plan on using for all my returns in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate

I am 90 years old This is the third consecutive time I have used Turbo Tax for Fed & State. The first two times produced excellent results with little effort.. The 2014 version was very frustrating particularly for California. It seemed to ask for many obscure & confusing inputs. Program updates solved some issues .Over-all it was difficult for me.

This is the 6th year that we have used turbo tax for our returns, the ease and cost far out weighs what it would cost to go to a tax office and have them "hopefully" get you some $$ back.

Federal Excellent / State Can Be Improved

it would be helpful if the State return would allow you to jump to specific sections of your return like the Federal return does.
What's great about it: Ease of navigation, thorough
