Turbo Tax review

I think it gets easier to use Turbo Tax every year. I love it and feel confident I am getting the best return possible. Thank you for this great product.
What's great about it: So easy to use. I don't miss anything.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax has been used by our family for over a decade and we have always been satisfied. Love having all questions and info brought right out so there is little to no guessing. Thanks.

Fantastic product

Did three returns for different family members and they all went very smoothly. I have used this product for many years and have recommended it to many people.
What's great about it: Thorough process...easy to be sure nothing is overlooked.
What's not so great: Some of the language makes it difficult if you are not familiar with IRS definitions.

Overall, my experience with Turbo Tax has been excellent. I have used Turbo Tax for about 5 years and it is so much easier to do my taxes in my own house than having to make an appointment with a person or company to do my taxes.
I also feel in more control.

What's great about it: Step by Step instructions, help desk if necessary
What's not so great: Instructions to print a little confusing at end when printing then how to e-file

I know the twenty-somethings like the 'new look' with light bright fonts, but to us oldsters, it looks like a book for children
What's great about it: comprehensive as always
What's not so great: having to upgrade to get a Schedule C was a bummer

I found the gathering of previous tax return info helpful and it saved time. Leading me through the process was done well, and I appreciated the ability to go back and add and/or edit information because I was interrupted often and had to close the program. I found it easy to complete my deductions.
What's great about it: Both being led through process and allowing adding and editing
What's not so great: Some references not specific as to form or fed or state
