Turbo was easy and accurate. Very user friendly. I felt very confident that I was completing my Taxes properly. I had a question and they gave me the answer right away.
What's great about it: Explains everything you need to know while your entering your info.
What's not so great: None

TurboTax Was Golden, But....

This took a LOT longer than previous years due to its inability to find my 2013 taxes (perhaps a problem with the 2014 software) and the inability to complete the health care information via the interview process. Finally I had to go to the Health Coverage form manually and complete it.
This was a far inferior experience than I had come to expect, and I plan to consider other options in the future.
What's great about it: Comprehensive and generally easy to use
What's not so great: Couldn't find previous refund or complete health care info

Have used Turbo Tax for many years but more problems for 2014 tax year. 1st time running with 8.1
What's great about it: Familiar screens
What's not so great: Screen freeze on Windows 8.1,

Always a Snap

I think all e-files should be free. This has to be saving the states, and tax payers, lots of money. I don't think I should pay to save the state money.
What's great about it: Easy to follow questioning.
What's not so great: Some questions, no TurboTaxes fault, can be confusing.

Still the One

When it is all said and done- nothing beats turbotax. Initially I was disappointed after being confused by the changes between deluxe and premier. The customer service folks took good care of me and got me on my way. Still dedicated to turbotax
