A list at the beginning for new people would be helpful. ie medical bills, W-2, insurance premiums. We have been using for several years and really like the flow. Nice to have someone walk me through. the Help line was great.
What's great about it: Had an extra state the year. Thank for the assistance.
What's not so great: Nothing to speak of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Despite all the hype regarding the restructuring of Turbo Tax this year and poor communication to customers, regarding the changes, I found that Turbo Tax Deluxe Deductions and Homeowners, worked the same for me this year as in previous years. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Great tool

We've been using TurboTax since about 2006. It's an excellent tool for doing your taxes. Step-by-step guidance makes it hard to make a mistake and integrated with It's Deductible.
The only issue we have had is that it can never find any prior year taxes, even though we use TurboTax each year We end up having to re-enter everything each year.
What's great about it: step-by-step instructions make it hard to mess up
What's not so great: can't find my prior years taxes - ever

Simple, detailed and complete

Every year we have used TurboTax we feel protected and that our return is absolutely correct. We highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Their process takes you through EVERYTHING so that even if you don't need a section, you feel it is complete.
What's not so great: The questions like, Are you sure? implies I didn't know what I was checking.
