Again for 2014 Turbo Tax made my filing smooth and easy. I had a couple questions along the way that the Customer Support staff was able to answer for me with the highest grade of professionalism. I do not understand why more people aren't using this software to do their taxes; I've been using it over 10 years.
Totally Satisfied.

Simple guidance

TuboTax is on top of updating current tax filing requirements and I was able to get the maximum refund based on the information I provided. I especially appreciated the step by step explanations and if I wanted to return to a section, I could flag it; if I forgot to go back, it would remind me to go back.
What's great about it: Easy step by step explanations.
What's not so great: Don't have one yet.

We have been using TurboTax for about 10 years. Always makes it easy for me doing something I dread every year. :)
And, it just keeps getting better every year. Importing last years' information is a big help.

Quick and Easy

I have used Turbo tax for the last nine years and as always I am very happy.
Prior to using Turbo tax I was a professional tax preparer and used a professional program. I think Turbo Tax is as good as any professional program I have ever used.

What's great about it: Allows me to go back to add deductions that I have left out or did not have the information at the time.
What's not so great: It would be nice if the information I have stored in NEAT could be transfered to Turbo Tax.
