Turbo tax was easy to use as long as you know what to put in.

The Trust Factor

I feel very comfortable using TT instead of going to those big box tax prep locations. It's something about having someone dressed up twirling a sign that just doesn't make me trust their business...just MY opinion. I've been using TT since 2011 and plan on continue using TT for the years to come. SUPER EASY AND EFFICIENT.
What's great about it: Step by step insturctions and assistance right at your fingertips
What's not so great: Had a minor issue and wasn't able to upload last years return to my newly purchased TT disk

Suit my fancy

I have used Turbotax for maybe 10 years or more. I'm in my late seventies and it makes the process so much easier. I know what kinds of info I need to save and I use Quicken to help me keep the information. I can do my own taxes and feel rather confident that they are correct.
What's great about it: I feel secure in using this. Like the review questions,etc.

Turbo Tax seems to improve every year. I have been using it for approximately 15 years. I have tried several of the other software programs an Turbo Tax stands on a pedistal by itself. Keep up the professionalism and i am sure that your software will continue to lead the way to a pleasent tax preparation.
