Can not file state (michigan) using Chome as a web-browser.
Had to download FireFox to complete, then had to call customer service to pay with credit card. Would not take credit card on line.

Easy & Fast!

Really couldn't be much easier than this. This is about the 10th straight year I've used Turbo Tax and have no complaints. The software downloads quickly and the process is both convenient and swift.
What's great about it: Very easy to use with helpful guidance and explanations!

Unnecessarily difficult trying to print returns this year. What happened to the print button. I did not like wading thru the pdf stuff.
What's great about it: 1999 is my earliest copy of Turbotax. Never switched. Very easy to use.

Improved and faster turbo tax 2014 - Love it

I have been an ardent user of turbo tax for many years. This time, I found turbo tax to be more faster and easier to file taxes. The questions and their navigation is simple yet informative. I loved it as ever!!
What's great about it: More optional questions for ways to increase returns
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
