Difficult to understand much of this years process

Was not as easy to use or understand as previous years. I have used since 2003 and always found Turbo Tax to be helpful but this years version was a little off base. Help sections seemed very limited and confusing.
What's great about it: I'm done
What's not so great: Kept coming up with Schedule C for 2014 and I did nothing to warrant a schedule C for 2014

Easy to use!

I've used Turbotax for a few years now and I will use it year after year.
What's great about it: Step-by-step walkthrough
What's not so great: Some repetitive questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for years and will never go to a tax professional. Intuit has done a great job at making sure that everything is clear and easy to understand. It took hardly any time at all and they made sure i got all of the deductions that that I qualified for. I would highly recommend TurboTax to anyone looking for an inexpensive and easy to understand way to file their taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick, free e-file

I have an accounting degree so this is really easy for me to use but my stepmom who doesn't have a degree also found it very easy to use.

This was the easiest tax return I have filed in 30 years. The program was friendly and self explanatory. The help screens were very informative. Thanks Turbo Tax.
