Not sure what the mortgage point questions were for = our bank didn't know either.

I really liked it. However, in a few places, i was not sure what you were asking about, so I just figured it can't be anything that pertained to me .. so I just moved on to the next item. I REALLY DO like having the info automaticly filled in ... stuff from last year moved to this years Federal and then the Federal filling in all of the blanks on this years State return. Welll Done !
What's great about it: Easy ... I just followed the yellow brick road and it was complete.
What's not so great: In a few places ... abbrieveations ... took a bit to understand

2014 Taxes Delux plan

It was very frustrating to spend hours trying to pull up my prior files. Kept getting Can't find file. I had to input all my information by hand and the prior tax info needed. Took a lot of extra time. I don't know if this had to do with the new format.
What's great about it: Once I got into the program it was easy to follow
What's not so great: I could not pull up the files on my prior returns. When I opened the files they were blank.

I have used TurboTax for several years, and I find it a very easy tool to use, even for a 'novice' like me.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly
What's not so great: None I can think of right now.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Presentation format seems to change each year and I would prefer it to remain the same each year. BUT not that big a deal.
What's great about it: Always asks the right questions...
What's not so great: No cold drinks served however...(:-(...!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I suppose I could have entered the wrong info. But I only entered what I was asked..

What's not so great: IRS changed my refund
