What's great about it: Step-by-step guidance is very good
What's not so great: Imposible to print return unless you subscribe to Acrobat

Form 8938 is not clear in its instructions.
Adding two entries on one continuation will not work and corrupts entries.
Single entries - (4 pages) works better but software rejects post codes and states - why?

easy once again

Overall, I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years and feel confident that I am getting the best return. Also, once I started using "It's Deductible" I have seen an increase in the value of items I donate to charity. I do not have to go and perform a comparison at thrift/consignment shops to get an accurate value of my donations. Intuit has done the work for me.
What's great about it: don't need to be a tax accountant
What's not so great: sometimes it doesn't quite ask detailed enought questions

I feel that turbo tax is easy to follow. I had no problems. I usually do my returns in pencil. turbo tax found me a couple of bucks more. thanks

2014 upgrade from previous years

This year it was overall easier to complete. In previous years there were always items that seemed to be 'skipped' from previous year downloads and autofills, but this year it seemed to hit all the right items.
Overall easier to enter information #from previous year carryover# and quicker to complete.
What's great about it: Quicker and Easier to file than in previous years, mainstreamed process
What's not so great: Not many, still needed to manually enter information in certain State forms

My taxes are basic But I've been using Turbo Tax for 13 years and always easy to use and gets me the most out of my return

I have used Turbo Tax for so many years I have forgotten how many! Nothing could be easier than filing with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Careful and easy to follow directions
What's not so great: constantly updating every time I come back to my return

Always Reliable

I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years. I've never had an issue or problem. Every return is accepted. Very efficient. Love this program.
What's great about it: Extremely user friendly
What's not so great: Long ... but worth the value of going through each section.
