Easy step by step

I have been using turbo tax for close to 30 years. Periodically I would try other packages only to return due the ease of transitioning from year to year. I especially like the free inclusion of deduct it to simplify the process of valuing charitable deduction.

Over all good

My biggest question concerned my IRS pin. The help section did not help me at all. Was my last year pin good for this year? It would have helped if the pin was better explained for e filing.

What's not so great: Help reference was lacking.

A Quality Product!

We've been using TurboTax for somewhere between five and ten years and it definitely makes paying taxes less of a hassle. Initially I wondered why it took me through so many arcane parts of the tax code but then when I got into some of those areas myself, I was glad to have it with me. Thanks for providing such a quality product! See you next year..

Gets Better Each Year

I've used TurboTax forever. A couple of years their "upgrades" seemed to make things more complicated but, overall, the program gets better each year. One year I thought my return was extra complicated and asked a professional accountant to check it. He did and refused to charge me anything because it was right on his calculations.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Improves every year.
