Superior tools, information and maximum refund.

We have used Turbo Tax since it first became available to consumers. We have had excellent results and help using this product. We were audited two years in a row for 2012 and 2013. The audit defense case workers were professional, courteous and worked diligently to ensure all our issues were resolved. They were resolved both timely and satisfactory for both us and the IRS. We will continue to use Turbo Tax in the years to come and we recommend it to family, friends and people who express difficulties with other products and or the cost of CPAS' or Tax walk-in companies and the cost. Thanks for making a consumer friendly and accurate product.

What's great about it: Tools, help and information. Ease of software! Audit Defense!
What's not so great: Some forms were missing from this years version!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have been using TurboTax for several years.
What's great about it: no need to rush, easy to follow
What's not so great: updates constantly, too many charges for other things

No indication that the deluxe TurboTax package would not include the state forms unless you pay an additional 90% cost.
I understood the charge for e-filing state forms, but you should really let your users know you have almost doubled the cost of you product if you want to continue to keep your long time users.

What's great about it: auto reloading of personal info
What's not so great: extra charge to print and load info for state filing.

Taxes made Simple!

I am 20 years old, 2014 was my first year filing my taxes. I was nervous I would get confused filing my taxes, but Turbo Tax made it super easy!! Filed my taxes with no problem at all!

I love the product. It's easy to walk thru and submit tax forms to the government.

I would give each customer a gip sheet prior to starting that will help the customer collect and consolidate, PRIOR to starting, all data needed for input into Turbo Tax.
There are many options for printing the entire return. Just forewarn the customer that there will be one or two opportunities to print a completed return. That is, just before and after completion/submission of the return.

prior to February 1 wanted to know what I owed. Impossible before upgrade! Then could not properly enter new car tax -
