First Time Turbo Taxer

TurboTax made my first time filing my own taxes go from a daunting task to kind of fun. Seriously, the format was easy and just like taking a fun quiz. No joke. Definitely going to use TurboTax in the future!
What's great about it: Handled one thing at a time, easy and not overwhelming.

The New and Improved Turbo Tax

I still thought it was easy to use and will continue to use Turbo Tax.
Please fix the importing feature of deductions
What's great about it: Navigated easily throughout the return preparation; I did not notice any problems or even know what changed
What's not so great: All the work to enter my information in Its Deductible was for nothing. My information would not import. :o(

Turbo Tax 2014 worked dependably and accurately.
What's great about it: The software worked well.
What's not so great: TurboTax 2014 did not bring up the national average comparison. No info. given as to where my filing fits in nationally.

This was the first time I used an online electronic tax app. I was very pleased with the ease of use and the total guidance throughout the process.
What's great about it: very easy to use and didn't cost what the walk in preparers charge
What's not so great: didn't find any

Good, easy to use software, walked me through the process which was very easy. Waiting for Conn forms until 2/27 slowed the entire process down.

Excellent as usual

This is my 16th tax year using TurboTax. It is nothing short of a lifesaver for someone as "tax law challenged" as I am. It looks under every rock to find deductions and has always saved me money. Love it!!!
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to understand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
