Full Refund as they say it!!!

I have done my taxes 2 years already with turbo tax, and I can say I like it a lot, I get the most of my refund, and with no worries of getting rejected by the IRS. I definitely recommend the software!!!
What's great about it: very detailed, helpful hints!!!
What's not so great: can't stop and resume later when using the software deluxe cd

A bit confused

I think that if a couple are married filing separately, the primary tax payer living in a community property state and the spouse living in a non community property state, it should be made apparent within Turbotax what the actual ramifications of that is, not sent on a wild goose chase trying to get out of a frustrating loop! Other than that, I've used the program for years with no problems what so ever.
What's great about it: Walks you through almost everything
What's not so great: married-file-seperate concept is confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and easy to use. Well worth the investment in the software.
What's great about it: Ease of entry and prior year information helps ensure nothing you previously reported is missed in the current year.

Not as smooth as past years

I've used TurboTax (TT) for years and have always enjoyed the efficiency and perceived privacy of doing my taxes on my computer. However, this year I had to log on to the Intuit site every time I came back to my return...I don't understand why? That is why I purchased the CD and installed it on my computer (Apple Mac). At least three days in a row there were updates that had to be installed before I could proceed and interestingly, the download was the same size each evening. I had difficulty finding the Print Center so I could review my return before I went into the FILE section. I looked up how to do it on the site, but the instructions were not accurate.
With all that said, I may use TT again next year, but I was really disappointed with the software this year. One of the things I like is that I know the format of TT and feel relatively good about moving through the sections, and thus hope to get it done quickly. But many times when I came back to pick up where I left off, the software would want to start from the beginning. I don't remember having that issue in the past.
You need to assure me that this will not happen again. I don't enjoy doing taxes...I doubt many do...and I miss the ease I have experienced in the past. I have recommended your software to friends and family in the past, but I don't feel as positive this year. I found myself worrying if the software was accurately doing my return. I reviewed it before filing, and it appears to be correct. Please simplify and correct the issues. Thank you.
What's great about it: The interview format is ideal.
What's not so great: I purchase the CD and like being able to work on my taxes without logging on to Intuit site each time.

printing problems

After completing the return, when you click print to file another box opens up to choose the necessary forms to be printed. after you do this there is no option to print from this box.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: printing problems

Unable to import data - but all for the best anyway. Had all hard copies. Not clear on password protection of return info or encryption.
Very easy and simple with all of the usual categories. Clear about what is deductible and what is not.
