No Problem

I love Turbo Tax. It's so easy every year. They always ask detailed questions. And recommend tax deductions I didn't think of. And with copies from previous years...it makes it easier yet. I know what to skip if there weren't any big life changes.
What's great about it: Lots of deductions covered
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 4 returns. After sitting in a tax consultant's office for 4 hours to get two tax returns filed I had enough! I sit down with Turbo Tax and 15 minutes later I am done. Federal, State - in my PJs and all! I love that I can do this early and stagger the filing - I always seem to owe on my State but get a refund on the Federal. Turbo Tax lets me complete everything but only file Federal. Once that clears direct deposit, I use those funds to pay the State. So easy!
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: Not a thing

Couldn't Have Been Easier!

Fast and easy to operate system that is very detailed to make sure all corners are covered and I maximize my return!
What's great about it: Very Detailed but extremely easy
What's not so great: Nodda!!

Easy to use!

I've used Turbo Tax for over six years and would highly recommend it. I'm an accountant in a CPA firm and it's the best tax preparation software I've found for the individual user. If you're not going to pay a CPA to do your return, use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very thorough and very easy to use. Literally, anyone can do it!
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Better than expected

If I knew it was this easy, I would have used it sooner. The only thing I think needs improvement is that you should be able to add your info when prepare for family members. I don't like that it says self-prepared for everyone. Otherwise great software, great help, I don't have to pay someone else to do m taxes anymore.

Tax Preparation in Comfort

I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who needs and wants tax preparation without the expense of a tax preparer. Not just because it is a less expensive alternative but because you CAN do it in the comfort of your living room and rest easy that it is done right. You are guided every step of the way by the program. You will even understand what you have done when you complete and file your return. You will not finish hoping you did it right; you will know it.
What's great about it: Finish my taxes with Turbo Tax feeling like I have an army of tax experts behind me.
What's not so great: I get no sweat equity because there is no sweat.

I was disappointed because turbo tax could not get my turbo tax data from my external drive where it was stored. I had to enter all the data from a totally new start. Not good!
