Better every year

It seems to get better every year. I've been using Turbo Tax from the very beginning. I think I got it the first year it was available. I like using it and I love "It's Deductible"

Help examples

Overall a good product. Would like to see more detailed help and examples on forms that are not common to many people. This is specifically meant to address senior citizens who are receiving multiple incomes from pensions, social security, Ira's and annuities, both qualified and non-qualified.
By just sending a person to the IRS page, which is poorly put together and instructions are written such as you almost have to be a CPA to understand them. Your product is normally purchased to avoid such situations. It lacks in this situation.

What's great about it: fairly intuitive,logical order
What's not so great: insufficient help on non standard forms/items:ie form 939 General Rules

Lost when filing two states

The flow was absolutely great until it came to getting a printout for the Ga. State tax. Told me I could not E-File but did not offer me a step to print.
Had to move back and forth in program to eventually get the system to offer a print copy.
Hate paper but, if I am forced to use it, would like the system to offer it to me. Lazy I guess.

Gets easier every year

I have been using TurboTax Deluxe for many years. It seems to get better/easier each year, even with the changes in the tax laws.
