Thanks for the HELP!

Was able to complete both FED and STATE in 1 month--at my own pace. Had to wait for mail to come from US Postal--bringing details of money spent/
What's great about it: Understanding e questions.
What's not so great: Different computer from last year----some adjustments necessary.

Always great product

I have used this product for over 10 years now and have had no issues. I am in the Military Reserves and been deployed twice and the program just walks me right through all the questions dealing with the military. Thank you for a great product.
What's great about it: Step by Step filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

I have use Turbo tax for many years for personal and for several years business purposes. I now use it only for personal. I find it very easy to use. The only problem I have is in filing a joint return. It is confusing as to when I should enter spouse information which for the past two years has required me to go back and edit. Other than that no problems.
What's great about it: Guides you through the form well.
What's not so great: More explanation would be helpful for joint returns. See under review.

Simple Tax Preparation

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has always been very simple to use. I have had complex and also simple returns over the years and Turbo Tax has been simple to use.
The key is I keep very accurate and detailed records so entering the information into the tax returns only takes a small amount of time. Keeping your records updated daily only takes a few moments and makes the compiling of information for tax purposes very simple at the end of the year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing

Turbo Tax made filing taxes a breeze!! A friend helped filed my taxes one year & recommended using Turbo Tax. Since then I've been filing my taxes using Turbo Tax for 3 yrs now. Saves on time going to the post office waiting in line just to mail my taxes. Never again! Thanks to Turbo Tax!!! See u next year, Happy Returns!

Very easy program to use, and I can add and/or delete info until I'm sure that everything is entered and done correctly. I like that the program checks for errors and accuracy, and that I don't have to spend HOURS sweating over a hot calculator!
