Wouldn't Use Anything But Turbo Tax

We have used Turbo Tax for years. I did taxes on my own for years but when we started having income form two states I got cold feet. For the next two years we went to a CPA but when they made a couple of errors that cost us money the second time and on things they should have known better, I decided I could do just as well so we got Turbo Tax. I LOVE it. It's kinda like tax prep for dummies. If you can't do it on this then you are a dummie. I love the step by step help, the e filing, the print out of all forms. I can find no complaints!
What's great about it: Walks you through every step
What's not so great: Can't think of any!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Experience

My return is pretty simple now that I'm retired, but I have a sense of security using Turbo Tax, which continues to meet my needs. I do worry about the service reductions (which did not affect me this year but could in the future). Otherwise, I'd highly recommend Turbo Tax and am likely to purchase it again next year.

Been using Turbotax for years. I was hesitant after hearing all of the issues earlier this year. But i went ahead anyway and had no problems.

I use two systems to do taxes and it takes several days. Had problems getting the program to move from one day to next and one system to the other?? Kept losing the already entered data and lost the whole File when it was completed and I had to go back and re enter everything. This is the first time I have ever had this kind of problem.

TurboTax is easy to follow. Can switch from step-by-step prompt to form view.Has detailed examples. Deductions are easily entered. Gives values to donated items.
Support is excellent. Not rushed. Friendly, Very Knowledgeable. An error that I made would have cost me $2200 more. She quickly found my error.

What's not so great: Just before e-file changed income item, should be in review

Have used Turbo Tax for so many years I can't remember when I started. It must have been in the late 80's. Never have I experienced such a complete program and has always been accurate. Keep it coming!
