As usual, using TurboTax for FED processing was easy and fast. NYS return seemed a little more complex because of
having to "check the yes-no boxes form. Overall - much
better than having to muddle thru doing it manually.

Best Turbo Tax ever!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: some information not easy to understand

No Fuss No Muss

I have used TT for at least 10 years and the program seems easier each year. This year was a snap. I will be a customer next year.
What's great about it: TT walks you through all steps of filing your tax return.
What's not so great: None

I usually don't have any complaints about TurboTax as it's easy to follow and nice to be able to work on our taxes as my time permits.
HOWEVER, this year, after I had purchased and opened my Turbotax software, it would not load until I upgraded my MAC version, which I purposely HAD NOT previously done due to the negative reviews. I was forced to upgrade before I could work on my taxes and this took hours, I also had to upgrade several other applications to ensure I wouldn't lose anything before I could get to all my information. I WAS NOT happy.
