Fast and easy

For the second year in a row, I've experienced difficulty in loading the Turbo Tax CD. Luckily I was able to find the fix by searching Google for similar problems.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Trouble getting it to load.

Easy-to-do

Every part of your program is so easy to follow and I really like your capability to go back to info on my computer from previous years Turbo Tax entries to help complete the new forms. We have used Turbo Tax for several years and will continue as long as you have such a great product. I feel safe and secure that you have covered everything for me to keep me out of trouble with the IRS and to have a properly completed tax return.
What's great about it: Everything is so EASY to follow.

I have used it for years now - always accurate in meeting my personal requirements, and so darn easy to go through. Reading and trying to figure out the guidelines, laws, and advantages of which dollar amount to utilize, or what can/cannot be deducted, etc., can really take all day if you have no experience as a certified tax preparer.
What's great about it: this is the fastest and easiest way to buzz through this yearly mandate!
What's not so great: No Cons - ALL PROS
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
