Program hard to use and will not print out, Bad Programing, This is a total wast of time. I have had there bad Disc.

State Return

I e-filed my State of Illinois return 3 times and it was rejected each time for some reason. It was never made clear to me what was wrong other than I was told to look at several things which I did. I made sure all those things were correct, but the return was rejected again and again.
I am frustrated and am not sure what to do?

2014 Filing

TurboTax was as easy to use as it has been in the past. However, for the price of the program, I don't think that we should have to pay for the e-file of state taxes. But, we will probably use TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy as usual

7th Year in a Row!

This is my 7th year to file Federal & State via Turbo Tax. It is such an easy software to use. The step-by-step process guides the user from start to finish effortlessly. You only have to be patient and organized to get this annual chore done. I have filed both Federal & State 2 months before the deadline. Now, I can concentrate on better things!
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No Hassle Tax Return

Turbo tax takes the worry and guess work out of tax preparation. It fully explains all income and deduction aspects. The best thing about Turbo Tax is that it doesn't take all day to complete. Using Turbo Tax every year saves time, money, and fear.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walked me through every step of the tax process with detailed instructions for everything.
What's not so great: Remembering password from one year to the next.
