Easy and fast

I FOUND THE PROGRAM VERY EASY TO USE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USE THIS PROGRAM AND IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE.NO PROBLEMS TO REPORT TO DATE.
What's great about it: EASE OF USE

need better direction when returns are rejected

there should be a warning that if the fix does not work you may be a victim of identify theft and it should then tell you what to do next, like file a paper return. the social security phone number and contact are useless.
What's great about it: tells you that returns are rejected quickly and gives you link to fix
What's not so great: information incomplete and fix does not work

Had a lot of glitches

You my have a problem with the It's Deductible program-- this is the part where the program timed out and closed without saving any of the information I had entered on the return and I had to start over several times, which involved hours of work. Very frustrating
What's great about it: I do feel comfortable that I got the maximum refund
What's not so great: timed out several times-had to re-enter return info over and over
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes done in a flash...

If you don't own your own business, mutiple rental properties, tons of different investments, then turbo tax deluxe is perfect for you. Easy to do your own taxes, I've used them for over 8 yrs with no problems.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, anyone can do it.
What's not so great: No cons, always satisfied.
