I BOUGHT THE PROGRAM BEFORE THE PROGRAM PROBLEM AND WAS WORRIED ABOUT HOW IT WOULD WORK, DELAYED DOINT THE RETURN TILL IT WAS CLEARED UP.
What's great about it: went fine
What's not so great: Scare of program problems
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Problems with Schedule C and Electronic Payment

I tried to file my taxes electronically from overseas. Because I do not have a two-letter state code or US zip code on my Schedule C, I wasn't allowed to do so. What a bother. I had to send the forms by mail.

I use Turbo tax every year. Both when I was single and married. It makes it really easy as long as you keep all your tax papers in once place so you can find them.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and fast
What's not so great: had some trouble with the help on an item
