Use common language

I really like how easy it is to use turbo tax, but I would like you to make sure you use more common everyday language to explain what some categories really are. All in all, though, I will continue to use turbo tax as it is very easy to do your taxes and it is very accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate
What's not so great: Need to make the terms you use for certain items like qualified investment more user friendly.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Program Removal.

How can we open another program without removing one.
Once you enter a item it should not be hard to find.

i enjoyed this experience very much but for us disablrd folk i would like for to [put the 10099 on same page as all othjer incone just to ease it up. you have made me use my mind again and reassured me that yes i can i have trouble with the use of my hands but you made this old guy feel good about himself again and with a price that i can afford. the last accountant cried and returned the fee when he came to the medical deduction that wer had because all of the money went to keep me alive. thank you for allowing m,e to do something worth while thank god anmd you

Very easy to use

Overall the use of Turbo Tax is very easy. I really like all of the walk through steps so I don't miss any deductions that I am eligible for. I also like that I can get clear to understand information on any category. I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and it's well worth the cost of the software. I've used tax services prior to coming to Turbo Tax and always had to pay hundreds for the services and got little in return.
What's great about it: Transfer of previous year's information, great walk through, helpful explanations
What's not so great: Cost for filing state taxes

Was recommended by a friend that is a CPA as he thought it was a better tax return program. I have been using another program for 5 years, but found the approach easy and a bit more professional in covering all aspects of a tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to input information and explanatons were easy to access if you don't understand
What's not so great: Did not encounter anything that I thought was bad. A good program.

What's great about it: I am no auditor but I could understand most of it.
