It's a breeze!

My sister passed away and I needed to submit her taxes. TurboTax made the entire process easy and very manageable.

Outstanding Product

This is my 3rd year for TurboTax. Much easier than preparing data for a professional tax person. Took me 2 hr., 40 min. Have 8 sources of income and many deductions plus clothing list deductions. Also, I'm a slow old age 81.94 (Birthday Mar. 12) man. It's actually fun to do.
What's great about it: So easy to follow. Very thorough

I am still working on the e-file server problem, so that I can actually upload my returns to the Fed and State of Wisconsin.

Very good...but

TurboTax remains very easy to use, but previous editions seemed a bit more helpful (for instance the "this isn't typical" remark next to tax entries that were confusing). And i would like more immediate comparisons with previous year's entries.
What's great about it: if you've used turbotax in the past then it is like sitting down with an old friend.
What's not so great: previous additions seemed more helpful.

Turbo Tax 15 Years and Going

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years. I absolutely love using this software. I will not use another tax software as long as Turbo Tax exist .
What's great about it: Easy, Reliable, User Friendly

Tax Filing Easy

The past three years I've used Turbo tax and I have gone the extra mile of saving tax receipts etc. and using time to enter all the data when requested. Unfortunately as I'm retired with no mortgage and get a decent pension, I haven't qualified for the long form in the past. If the percentages of salary required were shown when the items where asked for, it might save a lot of time. It would only make a good product better.
What's great about it: The questions and answers are easily understood.
What's not so great: Would be nice to compare previous year entries to this years immediately.
