Found stuff I didn't know!!!

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. With each time I used it, I find myself getting it the next year. I used to do my taxes myself (by hand and tax forms), but now I find myself leaning on the simplicity of the Turbo Tax program to save myself the aggravation of manual calculations, reviewing multiple publications, checking and re-checking and additional hours spent to get it right. This year I actually filed earlier than I usually do and I even tried the e-file. Thanks Turbo Tax, hope all will work out well.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps, just read carefully, it does a better job.
What's not so great: The background calculations throws me off sometimes.

It gets the job done without alot of hassle

Sorry hamster, I don't have 50 words to say about this program. It works and that is what counts. I have used this program for several years and have had no problems from it or IRS.
What's great about it: can go back and forth when ever I want to
What's not so great: One state filling should be included in the original purchase pice.r

I Like Turbo Tax

One thing that I would like to see added to Turbo Tax regarding my state income tax refund would be a set of questions relative to New York City STAR programs that would lead the taxpayers to know if they meet eligibility requirements.
What's great about it: Covers my needs and saves me the trouble of acquiring forms and seems to cover all my needs.
What's not so great: None in particular.

Got It Right

Turbo Tax has refined their product to a point where even someone with no previous tax experience can do their own taxes. The instructions are very easy to understand. When done, one knows the IRS will have everything they need.
