Always a Pleasure

If one has to do their taxes, this is definitely a painless way. I have been doing Turbo Tax since 2009 tax year and it is very easy.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall I have found TurboTax the easiest to use. It helps you each step of the way. As long as you have a few numbers from last years taxes you will make it through easily.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance
What's not so great: Transferring data from the website to the application was flaky

From one year to the next you do not accept the previous year log on. I must now have 3 or 4 different accounts

My First File

For me using Turbo Tax was much easier than I expected. I liked the fact that if I made a mistake turbo tax red flag me. Also, the suggestions that were made were helpful. I will definitely file our taxes using Turbo Tax from this year on.
What's great about it: I liked the fact that I could file my taxes on my own time in my own home.
What's not so great: It took a few hours rather than minutes at a professtional.

On a whole it worked with very few problems.

Was a little confused on importing Its Deductable..
First did it on the stand alone program. Was confused on how to import it and did it again in Turbo Tax then found the import feature and imported it and deleted the Turbo Tax version.
Its Deductible is an excellent feature.
