Completely User Friendly

Thank you so much for staying current and for making the Healthcare Reform Act section so easy. As we bought our insurance through the exchange, I was worried. Great job!
What's great about it: Fast, easy, and understandable. Loved having prior year information auto-loaded.
What's not so great: none

Quick and Simple!

Since my first tax filing at age 18, a tax professional started teaching me the things I needed to be prepared and accurate. 15 years later, she retired, and Turbo Tax has continued to help me learn. For the last 5 years, Turbo Tax has lead me through the things I know by heart, the stuff I don't understand, and the things I've never heard of. It's easy to follow, even if you're not tax savvy.
What's great about it: I love that Turbo Tax walks me through every option.
What's not so great: I wish some of the help provided was easier to understand.

Easy does it!

I have used TurboTax for at least 7 years and find it really easy to use. It steps you through each form and does all the calculations for you. I always have complete confidence in the forms I file with the IRS as TurboTax always thoroughly checks everything before filing. I can't recommend it enough!
What's great about it: Very simple and very reliable to use.
What's not so great: none whatsoever.

What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Felt short-changed on the Deluxe package this year and paying with credit card was more difficult than doing the taxes.

MY TAXES GOT LOST BETWEEN TURBO TAX AND THE IRS

I FILED MY TAXES ELECTRONICALLY, GOT ACCEPTED, BUT NEVER GOT AN EMAIL NOTICE AND WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE MY REFUND, EACH TIME I TRY TO CHECK WITH IRS THERE RESPOND WAS THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY RETURN I HAD TO REFILE MY TAXES ALL OVER AGAIN. I FEEL THAT THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO CONTACT TURBO TAX TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY RETURN IF IT WAS ACCEPTED AND IRS NEVER RECEIVED THE RETURN. I FEEL THAT MY RETURN GOT LOST BETWEEN TURBO TAX AND THEN I FINALLY GOT MY RETURN AFTER 3 MONTHS LATER I REFILED AGAIN.
What's great about it: BE ABLE TO CONTACT TURBO TAX WHEN THR IRS NOTIFY TEY NEVER GOT THE RETURN.
What's not so great: I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I GOT MY MONEY 6MONTH AFTER I E FILE WITH TURBO TAX.
