I Use Turbo Tax Deluxe Year After Year!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years now, and will continue to use it forever...and, their product provides a safe and easy way to prepare your taxes quickly and relatively cheap. I am not a very trusting person, so I always prefer to keep my financial information to myself instead of handing everything over to another party / tax preparer.
What's great about it: Very simple to use by asking direct questions, thorough, no need to see a preparer, safe!
What's not so great: None...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, I enjoy using Turbo Tax, and I have used it for at least 6 years. The program is relatively easy to maneuver, and has seemed to be very accurate. Thanks!
What's great about it: Comparison of itemized filing with standard deduction without hassle. Comparisons to check for errors.
What's not so great: After previewing my return, I couldn't print from that screen--had to go to another screen to print. Inconvenience.

Had some trouble

This is the second year I have used TurboTax. I like having control of my own taxes. I will be using TurboTax again next year. I use the step by step it makes it easy and you do not forget anything. It prompts you for the documents you need. The one problem I ran into this year was the Health section. A 1095-A form was needed. I actually had to go into forms and find what I needed. Then I had to shut down and restart the program in order for the form to integrate into the works. Hopefully, next year the actual form you need to fill out will all be there.
What's great about it: Not having to pay some one else
What's not so great: Health section had some problems

From start to finish, Turbo Tax walks you through the process of filing your income taxes. They make it difficult to make mistakes, whether you own several homes, have stocks and mutual funds, or are just filing a simple form. I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: The entire process is made easy.

I have used Turbo tax for about 20 years now, so I obviously like and trust it. I like that it asks all the right questions and compares the results for the best way to file.
I'm sure I will purchase Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Thorough, guaranteed accurate
What's not so great: Expensive to do the refund

Quick & Uncomplicated!

The days of frustration and procrastination over having to file my taxes every year are gone! Turbo Tax allows me to breeze through the questions and even transfers my numbers from last year. No more hours spent looking for all of my paper work from the previous year! The direct deposit option allows me to get my return in a matter of days! Thank You Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does all the work for me! No confusing complicted questions or the hassel of finding last years paperwork!
What's not so great: There are NO cons!
