Lacked explanations at end

I forgot my password, so requested an e-mail to make changes. Changed my password but the system did not recognize the change. I could not save with encryption.
No explanation give of Schedule C -- not mentioned until the end. No help links.
What's great about it: Majority of form easy to use
What's not so great: End of process was confusing

this is the first time I used turbo tax to get my taxes refund am satisfied whit how they explain the system and how easy is whit they to get this job done
What's great about it: really clear and helpfull
What's not so great: i didnt like the software online because of the log in sistem

Almost easy to use

For the most part, it was quick and very simple to use. Pulled up last years information with no problems and made things even simpler. However, while trying to find form 8379, TurboTax kept opening form 8857, which led to a lot of frustration and confusion. After attempting to fill out the wrong form, luckily, I looked up exactly what was needed and proceeded to scour around trying to find it. Not the easiest thing to do, especially when your already stressed about filing as is. But once found, everything proceeded at the original rapid pace and managed to finish everything rather quickly. Normally by now I'd be half bald ripping hair out, but not this year! Although, next year is coming up a little to fast......
What's great about it: Very quick and easy for the most part. Explains things simply and efficiently
What's not so great: had a lot of trouble finding a form needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy

I've filed with Turbo Tax for many years and I like the way it makes comparisons to past years regarding income, interest, dividends, etc. I also like the way it walks you through your return step-by-step and seems to cover all credits and deductions that are available, even checking to see if it will pay to itemize.
What's great about it: inputs your info from last year's return

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years. It is just the same as paying many times more for the exact same interview with your local tax preparer. I love it and trust it!

Fed Tax

I would like to see the program show if filing joint or separate would be better. Not sure if it told me but I would like to see so I could compare each filing.
I would also like the saving of the returns be on the CD automatically. I don't keep my files on the computer since it is shared.
