I expected to have a pull down menu that showed a W-2C.
What's not so great: It doesn't explain the W-2C. I assumed that the entire correc ted w-2 would show up on TurboTax.

I have used it for the pass four years. it keeps getting better. Why Pay someone when you can be walked through it for free.
What's great about it: easy and quick
What's not so great: some times confusing but it's ok
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Hoping I got everything correct

At times, working on my state returns I wasn't clear on what to include and exclude (income). Help referenced Federal Return, but I couldn't see my federal entries to satisfy me I was doing the state returns properly.
Federal Return went quickly and smoothly, including deductions.
Shouldn't have to pay for filing state taxes (Federal filing is included.) You pay up front that should cover everything.
As for all the advertisements (regardless of company) claiming "maximum refund" that should be the case for any software or CPA. I'm not impressed by the promise.

What's great about it: Walks you through Federal Return smartly
What's not so great: Extra cost to file state returns. Less guidance for state returns. Needs link back to fed for state items

Good-until print off

I still print and "snail mail" my returns. This is the first time the print off was confusing. It printed my federal, then state and then another federal form. I wasn't sure why and am worried some forms possibly didn't print off. I've never had this happen with Turbo Tax before and am disappointed.
What's great about it: Easy to follow/one stop shop
What's not so great: printing the returns was confusing

Used Turbotax since forever. Older versions were better. Perhaps will use something else next year
What's great about it: Great to walk thru forms
What's not so great: Won't import info from last year without erasing last year

It is very hard to figure out , I have the same problem every year, I know I'm not the only retired military.so why can't TurboTax revise their software so it want be so confusing.
What's great about it: Every thing is easy till you get to the 1099-R
What's not so great: 1099-r for retired military

Hard to include tip income using the walk-through.
Missing some schedule C functionality.
Probably my last year with Turbo Tax if this is the norm.
