Do not like they way you do not findout until the end that state fiking has a charge
What's great about it: Quick to use
What's not so great: Confusion on prior year Roth IRA contribution. Info provided was not correct

In general was excellent. I will recommend it.
Now there are some electronic documents like IP-PIN or Identity Protection PIN it does not appear easy in the Turbo Tax PC version and there should be a form or document showing that it was done and file to IRS. Somehow you feel in limbo bacause you know you enter that info. but there is no physical print out evidence that you did. I don't want to wait 6 month..

What's great about it: Software ease of use and coverage of most important documents
What's not so great: It is not easy dealing with IP-PIN and one or two exceptions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Intuitive and thorough

If the store bought disk could collect my tax information from the web version of TurboTax this software would be 5 star. The department store tax service personnel never gave me the confidence that EVERYTHING was checked. TurboTax does.
What's great about it: Thorough and complete
What's not so great: Client is not linked with web version

I love Turbo Tax! I used it for the first time last year and I continue to RAVE about the ease of use and the lightning fast refunds!! Thank you! Paper filed for soooo many years, where have you been all my life, Turbo tax!!!! :)

I have been using Turbo Tax for some years and I appreciate how easy and convenient it is. Sometimes, I worry that I am missing something, but I feel pretty confident in the way it guides you through the process.
What's great about it: easy, able to do at my own speed

EZ to follow and saved major time. Like the fact we didn't have to put the address of the charities.
What's great about it: Simple enough for the elderly and everybody else.
What's not so great: We had some problems down loading from the disk to the computer
