What's great about it: easy, informative, inquistive
What's not so great: takes too long to load, there should be a turbo tax website that will save your info even if you switch computers,

Always Use Turbo Tax

Have always used Turbo Tax when doing our taxes. Tried another company years ago but rejected them as too complicated and went back to Turbo Tax and have been happy ever since.
What's great about it: Easy to use and works everytime

TurboTax is a nice product that is pretty easy to use. At time it gets a little confusing on what is actually being asked. Taxes are pain, but Turbo Tax helps it out a lot.

2014 Worst TurboTax processing ever

TurboTax does a poor job of detailing the shortcomings of desktop version vs. online version. I somehow lost my desktop 2013 returns. Never knew I had the option of online TurboTax or Vault storage. Very frustrating.

What's not so great: Big frustrations of desktop version of TurboTax vs. online version

2014 Turbo Tax

At the summary window while working through income, or deductions, etc., the gui view is at the top of the page forcing me to scroll down each time that I complete a topic. The gui should scroll to the topic just finished and have the next topic button visible. If I need to see the top, I can scroll up.
What's great about it: Seems comprehensive
What's not so great: Some trouble with GUI

Best tax program ever!

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and wouldn't use any other tax program. I've been extremely happy with Turbo Tax. I use Turbo Tax for home and I use Turbo Tax for corporations (a small business I own). Thank you for your excellent product.
