Awesome tool.

Turbo Tax software is a tool for any individual who is willing to work for what every individual deserved. it is very user friendly, very precise and virtually friendly. i recommend Turbo Tax for everyone who liked to be in control of their finance.

The entry of contributions was easier to use in 2014 than in prior years. Yet, I would still like to see my charity list in alphabetic order. Turbo Tax should realize that I can't conveniently do this myself, because every year there are some charities that were not on the list the previous year, and Turbo Tax appends new charities to the end of the list.

Called to receive TurboTax Deluxe and the rep I spoke with was amazing and efficient. Answered all of my questions and made it easy for me to be comfortable using TurboTax again next year. Recommending it to friends.
What's great about it: Quick and easy; customer service was excellent!

Fast and easy. Why give your money to a person (much more I might add) when Turbo is going to ask the same questions.

Very happy completing my taxes another year using Turbo Tax. Can't complain about my lack of refund because tax situations were changed and I didn't withhold enough. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes as painless as it could possibly be. I will be back again next year!
What's great about it: Covers all the bases, provides good research to questions, carrys-over info from prior years use of Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: NONE

easy to use very thorough

very good. each year there are fewer cons.
What's great about it: step by step and easy to review. love the efile.
What's not so great: can't print individual screens. had to re-enter info for 401k cashouts. none of my financial institutions were available

Ease of Filing

I have been very satisfied with TurboTax and have used it for a number of years. My only issue over the years is integrating the tax fields in Quicken with those the IRS uses in the medical expenses. Don't want to pay for an additional add on for something I already input into Quicken and have to manually review & add into TurboTax. Medical mileage for example.
What's great about it: Prompt questions are easy to understand.
What's not so great: Integration with Quicken could be improved.
