If you receive a pension that is the same amount each month, you do not have to pay taxes on this in our state. Turbo Tax was going to make us pay taxes on these amounts. Also, be careful to read everything as I missed a box to click which led me to enter more taxes that had been paid.
What's great about it: Questions easy to answer
What's not so great: I had to call an accountant friend to find out I needed to override some of the info.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Way to File

Turbo-Tax makes it almost easy to file taxes. The ability to work on the returns at my own pace is especially helpful.
What's great about it: Options on how to enter information and ability to double-check myself.
What's not so great: At times, it was difficult to move backward/forward on a page.

Easy as A-B-C

Thought this would be so complicated at first but decided to give it a shot anyway because I'd rather take time filling out form at the comfort of my own home than waiting forever for a tax preparer appointment. I was blown away by how easy it is and actually learned new stuff during the process.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, Very Affordable, User friendly, Informative

Easy To Use

On the whole, i like TurboTax. I've used it for years and will continue in the future. Very easy to use and understandable. Good back up. Would have been nice to know about the additional fees up front.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years to complete my taxes. I appreciate the simple instructions. Turbo Tax does a nice job of making tax season doable.

Great Refund Help

Turbo Tax is great. Very quick and easy way to do taxes.
I bought the CD version to avoid all of the state fee versions, and ended up paying almost the same amount for state versions on the CD. (a little misleading)

What's great about it: very efficient, easy process
What's not so great: still have to pay for extra state returns, just like the online version.
