Cookbook simple

Straight forward. I am confident in my return. Paperless is the way to go! Helped with an annuity that started receiving this year. TurboTax explained it all very clearly.
What's great about it: SImple; Fast; Great help and reachback info.
What's not so great: None I can think of

Difficult review & did not correctly complete Rita

When you fill in W-2 info incorrectly down loads to the RITA form.
Had to go in and make adjustments to correct!!!!!!
Then on RITA form you cannot delete unnecessary lines not used even though they don't print. You don't know this until you print.

Easiest return on the market

Took me almost as long to send directions for direct deposit refund as it did to prepare taxes You need to iron out the few flaws you have.(Listing charities, putting in bank routing numbers, etc. Directions as to what to do next to e-file are not clear.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to understand
What's not so great: Too much red tape at end before we can e-file.
