Misses the boat.

On line 12 of the form 502, Maryland allows up to a $5,000 subtraction from taxable income through the use of form 502SU. The standard questions do not cover this in the step by step entry method and there is no way to make a manual entry.
If there is a line on the tax form, there should be a step in the filing process covering it!
This same problem existed last year (2013) but I found a workaround and completed the state form.
I will now have to print out the form and prepare it manually like I have for the past 56 years except for 2013!
I will not be buying TurboTax next year.
What's not so great: Misses the Military Retirement subtraction in MD

Failure to perform at critical juncture

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2014 running on Windows Vista platform could not connect to websites using either IE9 or Firefox 35.0.1 through the Turbo Tax File a Return tab or File/ Electronic Filing/ File Electronically menu options. Other application options to invoke a browser (like this feedback/check for updates) did work.
Busy service possibility was discounted after multiple attempts over several days at a variety of times.
Primary purchase based upon capability to efile.
What's great about it: Worked well until time to efile.
What's not so great: Application could not connect in order to efile.

2014 NOT a good year for Turbo Tax

Been using Turbo Tax for more than a decade, never experienced the problems I did with the 2014 year Turbo Tax. Very disappointed. Will be searching for a different product next year.
What's great about it: I was familar with earlier years of Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Difficult to view where an error occurs - poor explanation of error

Unbeliable!!!

Cannot believe that after 7 years of using a good product, without any warning , is changed into a scheme to make extra $$
Even worst, tried to use it on a simple way and the review kept bringing data from schedule c that I could not access!!

First time in 15 years disappointed by TurboTax

First time in almost 15 years disappointed. I paid more for Deluxe to do what Basic did last year. And Deluxe worked for my needs only after you added essential forms.

Low Income Directions

You need to tell if a return needs to be filed based upon income, filing status, and completed return
What's great about it: It handles all the info i need to put in
What's not so great: It does not tell me if i need to file based upon my income and finished return.

Problems this year

Have used Turbo Tax for many years without any problems but this year I was unable to print out the State tax forms. They kept coming up "Do not file/Form not final". All updates were added and checked with state tax dept and forms were updated and available. Had to print them myself and transfer information. Glitch in your program?
