The Best way to do Income Taxes

I have been using TurboTax ever since it first came out. There have been so many improvements and expansions of guiding information to an already excellent product. I have had some very complicated Returns over the years and I can always count on TurboTax to help prepare them correctly. As a result, I have successfully completed three audits with no problems.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions for all aspects of Federal Income Taxes
What's not so great: None in my experience of 20 years using TurboTax

Turbo Tax makes doing taxes easy with step by step instructions. Hardest part is getting everything together

My only comment is please make it a little easier to e-file federal and print state. I got a little confused at this point. It might be helpful to have this as a check-box selection.

Very Disappointed

The 2014 Turbo Tax filing was very difficult. I was not able to collect my personal information from my 2013 tax form, not able to print my tax forms, and my IL tax form was rejected for the first time. The charitable deduction work file does not include many items that are common items that are given away to charity.
Overall, Turbo Tax was a disappointment. I will consider another method next year after using Turbo Tax over 8 years.

When I downloaded my W2 form, it didn't get my personal data and went on to the rest of the filing without it. I had to backtrack and figure out what was wrong.
What's great about it: Very Organized
What's not so great: Didn't transfer all data from W2 forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
