Not All that I Hoped For

Overall Turbo Tax did its thing but I felt this year is was much less user friendly. If I got hung up and had to research a question I always had a hard time getting back to where I left off. A few times I basically had to start over and keep clicking continue. I thought that was a little silly. This was my second year of using Turbo Tax but am not sure that I will use it next year. I just realized now that I could not find an entry for the continuing education and license fees that I was looking for. I ended up getting frustrated and clicked the send button too quickly and forgot totally to enter those items.
What's great about it: Calculated a lot of information quickly
What's not so great: I found certain section hard to navigate

An Okay Experience

I would have liked to have been told WHY a certain area was consistently highlighted for an error. Instead that area kept popping up. I'm still not sure if I corrected it in the proper fashion.
What's great about it: Everything explained
What's not so great: Possible errors not always explained

Simple to use. I have been using TurboTax for years. Now I am retired and I am still using it.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Elimination of investment schedule. I have a few stocks that I will be eventually cashing in and no forms for gain.

You make me look good

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it gets easier every time. Turbo Tax and I make such a good team, my father-in-law asked me to do his taxes. Sorry. Not brave enough for that yet - even with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Simple language; you anticipate the questions
What's not so great: No complaints; a moment of anxiety when the hackers hit earlier this month

We have been using turbo Tax for over years and have never had any problems. Will buy again next year.

TOO EASY TAX REFUND!!

My first time using turbo tax and I didnt have to worry about anything! I like things simple and this sure was simple. Didnt have to go anywhere. And talk about guiding you through the whole process! The new health insurance stuff... Turbo Tax makes it easy as 1 2 3! Will be using this software again for sure!!
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and Affordable!

Easy step by step questions to fill in return, if there were any questions the help menus answered the questions or pointed me the right direction.

Piece of mind!

I've used Turbo Tax now for years and it's saved me from having to pay someone alot of money to do them. I could never keep up with all the changes from year to year! Thank You!!!! and thank you for your online support as well, they were great!!!
What's great about it: I'm thankful Turbo Tax is so through.
What's not so great: Had a hard time getting into "it's Deductable" this year.
