Disappointed

I didn't like the fact that we would incur fees until it was to late to back out. I was led to believe that e-file was free, otherwise I wouldn't have filed electronically. Be more up front about e-file fees, it did say it wouldn't cost more but came to find out that was not the case.
What's great about it: Easy as usual
What's not so great: Not clear when charges would be incurred

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

cant file state return electronically third or fourth year using turbo tax never had this problem get popup box that says must find another way to file
NYS has to have e-filing but can not due it with turbotax great!

What's great about it: Helpful for answers to questions for still a beginner using TurboTax
What's not so great: Took me awhile to understand & fix errors in where & how to report income

Some dividends, one child + myself in school, working - the help really is helpful.
Child and 2 roommates, all with different tax situations also used TurboTax. One used the Healthcare marketplace, and having turbotax walk her through the paperwork involved was a bonus

The printouts use to tell you exactly what to send to the states.
It told you to send a copy of your 1040A and the rest. This year it doesn't. So, I'm confused.
