Confused on Refund

I was fine up until I went to file. I e-filed my federal and was going to pay with a check later. When I went to e-file my federal and state it looks like it's going to take the federal amount owed out of the state refund. It was confusing but there wasn't any prompt that said explain this. I hope they don't pay my federal out of my state refund. I have the funds to mail a check to my federal. I want all of my state refund.
What's great about it: fast and easy
What's not so great: confusing when it came to filing

I've never used any other program to file taxes.....will stick to Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Detailed and explanatory
What's not so great: State doesn't compare last year's to current year's tax returns like federal does

My tax time super hero!

Every year at tax time, I look forward to my new/updated version of TurboTax to help me process my tax returns for the last tax year. The program never fail my expectations in putting in writing my tax
Returns in clear, concise, straightforward, and accurate manner. Turbo Tax is my Super Hero at tax time - " I shall not want", any other tax program!

What's great about it: Very simple and straight forward.
What's not so great: Limitation on electronic transmission.

Helpful for clergy

I am a Pastor, Hospice Chaplain and Adjunct Professor at a Bible College and have used TurboTax for several years to do my taxes. I tried a tax prep service once, but they bungled the clergy portion of my return, so I'm back to exclusively using TurboTax now! It makes it easy.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very helpful for clergy to file.

Fast and Easy

It was fast and easy to use. Prompted me for almost everything. Was accurate and took me about an hour to do.
What's great about it: quick, was able to import almost all of my figures
What's not so great: It's Deductable was on a separate website. Liked it when it was included on the disk
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

EASY AS 1,2,3

I have been using turbo tax for about 10 years. Always accurate filing. This is the 1st year I have had trouble with e-filing my refund. Still trying to solve issue.
What's great about it: Step by Step instruction, compares previous year's filings
What's not so great: difficulty e-filing return - did not connect to server
