Awesome as usual, 12 years and counting

It's Great, I've been using it for 12 years, and love it. Compared a couple times with H&R Block after all their tv hype, no changes. Not saying it's for everyone, My Ex, and my Brother tried, and struggled, but for me it works well and makes complete sense.

Never Easier

I have used turbo tax for many years and continue to be impressed with the ease of using, help and convenience. I love it and how it saves my information from year to year to help me fill in the form from year to year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, efficient and gives great assistance
What's not so great: Not a thing

I wasn't aware that I can take a credit for paying my education with a student loan.
What's great about it: credit I was not aware
What's not so great: a little difficult to understand credit

Quick and simple

Overall great program, simple and very user friendly. I look forward to using this program again once we become homeowners!
What's great about it: Quick refund, great to have last years information saved
What's not so great: It did show us getting about $1,500 more until they noted a error on the federal fund, deducting at the end.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So, So Easy

I have used TurboTax for many years and love it. It make filing taxes easy and less time consuming. 5 stars. A little concerned about the problems TurboTax was having e-filing the state forms. I hope that is now cleared up.
What's great about it: The "guide me" feature makes it so easy to file.

Overall a great product, walks you through all the steps as much as you want or as little as you want.
What's great about it: It was easy to use, walked me through everything, answered my questions
What's not so great: Repetive asking to do state taxes
